Position Responsibilities:
Position is responsible for planning, managing, organizing, budgeting and controlling the Campus Operations throughout the University and Residential Facilities. To include Facility Maintenance, Custodial Services and Grounds.

Daily Tasks:
Participate in the planning and development of budget projections; Recommend capital improvements, replacement, and/or retrofit projects based on sound life-cycle, budgetary, or other pertinent analysis. Ensure proper assignment, supervision, inspection and evaluation of the work performed by the department’s staff. Perform routine inspection of facilities, mechanical and architectural system, roads and grounds; and provide reports to the Assistant Vice President for Administration. Ensure the best appearance and presentation of campus buildings and grounds. Ensure timely, courteous, and efficient activities related to set-ups for university events and functions. Supervise the efficient performance of capital projects performed by university forces and out-sourced services. Ensure proper scheduling of staff hours, work orders are complete in a timely manner, staff has proper training, staff has sufficient tools and equipment, inventory is updated and ample for employees to perform their duties.
