GRADUATE ARRIVAL, ASSEMBLY AND PROCESSION
- The Graduate Commencement Ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30 p.m. in the William H. Pitt Health and Recreation Center.
- Participants should report to the William H. Pitt Health and Recreation Center by 12:45 p.m. dressed in cap, gown and hood. Robing and lineup will take place in the two main hallways in the lower level of the Pitt Center. The academic procession will begin at 1:15 p.m. promptly.
- There will be a reception in the William H. Pitt Health and Recreation Center Lobby or on the lawn (weather permitting) for students and their guests immediately following the commencement ceremony. Alternate location will be announced if the weather requires.
- Tickets are required for guests to be admitted to the Pitt Center.
- Your diploma will be mailed to your home address within eight weeks of the awarding of your degree.
