ADJUNCT FACULTY

Dr. Kwamie Dunbar, Ph.D.

Dr. Kwamie Dunbar received his Ph.D. in Financial Economics in 2005 from Fordham University. His MBA from Sacred Heart University, a M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from Fairfield University and his B.Sc. from the University of the West Indies. His research presentations include talks at Fordham University and the University of Connecticut.

Dr. Dunbar is a member of the Society for Financial Econometrics and has written articles and reviews for the Journal of Quantitative finance, and the Journal of Applied Financial Economics. His research interests are (i) Financial Economics, (ii) Monetary Policy Analysis and (iii) Credit Risk research. Dr. Dunbar has spent a number of years in industry including stints at GE Asset Management, ING Bank and most recently as Director of Credit Risk Research and Risk Analytics at MasterCard International.
