To Report a Blackboard Issue
Option 1: Contact the SHU Call Center at 1-866-365-7575
Option 2: Launch a support ticket

To launch a support ticket, follow the instructions below:
1.  Visit: https://itsupport.sacredheart.edu
2.  Click Log In and select Incident Management to create a new incident.
3.  Select Blackboard as your category
4.  Enter a description of your issue and click submit

NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT USE THE WEBADVISOR FORM TO REPORT A BLACKBOARD ISSUE.  THIS IS A DIFFERENT TEAM THAT CANNOT RESPOND TO BLACKBOARD PROBLEMS.
