JEANINE K. ANDREASSI, PH.D., ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
Jeanine K. Andreassi, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Management at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut. She graduated with a double major in Psychology and Economics from Layayette College, an MBA from Baruch College of the City University of New York (CUNY) and Ph.D. from the Graduate Center of CUNY. Her publications have been in the field of work-family, and have focused on work-life culture, personality, and coping. Dr. Andreassi has also researched employee attitudes cross-culturally. Publications to her credit also include two book chapters, several encyclopedia entries and a journal article in the work-family area. She is a contributor to the Sloan Work and Family Research Network, and has presented papers at several professional meetings, including the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the Academy of Management Meetings and West Point Military Academy. Formerly, she worked for Sirota Consulting, managing the design, implementation, and analysis of employee attitudinal surveys for large organizations such as American Express, Westfield Corporation and the National Nuclear Security Administration.
