Process for Booking Inflatable Ride
Inflatable rides are available from a number of different companies, but the one that Sacred Heart University works with most is Party People Inc (800-711-3571). They have our school connected to an on-going insurance policy.
Here are some tips on how to properly book the event:
- Call the agent
- Work out the best deal that is fair for all parties. Be advised that you must let them know that you are going to need to have a company representative and insurance form for each ride.
- Tell the agent that you must speak with an advisor before booking the event.
- Upon approval, call the company back and book the event. Before they can send you the contract, remind them that they must attach an insurance policy to the contract. THIS CONTRACT WILL NOT BE SIGNED WITHOUT THIS FORM!!!
- The contract can be faxed to the Student Life Office (203-365-4780) with the attention to the club/organization that is booking it. The contract will be placed into your respective mailbox.
