EMERGENCY TRAVEL ASSISTANCE
All individuals participating in Sacred Heart University's study abroad programs through the Study Abroad Office are enrolled in MEDEX Secure, an emergency travel assistance program through Haylor, Freyer, & Coon.  This is a Medical, Political and Security Evacuation & Repatriation Program provided by the MEDEX Assistance Corporation.

All individuals are issued a MEDEX Identification Card which they should carry at all times.  Printed on the back of the Identification Card are the phone numbers for the worldwide MEDEX network.  Call the toll-free number for the country you are in.  If you are in a country which is not listed or the call will not go through, call the 24-hour Emergency Response Center Collect at 1-410-453-6330.

For details regarding this program click on the picture of the helicopter and download the program brochure at this link http://www.haylor.com/default.asp?page=studentpages/collegestudents.htm
