MEDIA CLUBS
MEDIA STUDIES ASSOCIATION
The goal of the Media Studies Association is to provide a forum for media studies students to experience the different aspects of television production first hand.  This club also helps the students learn the aspects that interest them most.

PIONEER MAGAZINE
Pioneer Magazine is a student run bi-yearly publication. The student editors are responsible for every aspect of the magazine, from coming up with story ideas, finding writers, coming up with layouts, and the final production of the magazine. Anyone interested in writing, editing, graphic design, public relations, or publication management should take the time to learn more about getting involved with Pioneer. It is a great way to get involved in the media world and is an impressive extracurricular activity to have when trying to find jobs and internships. If you'd like more information, contact Kate Poole, Editor-in-Chief, poolek@sacredheart.edu.

PROLOGUE
Established in 1967, Sacred Heart University's yearbook, the Prologue, has continued to strive for excellence by representing the entire campus community in a yearly publication.  The goal is to provide the campus community with a comprehensive cataloguing of activities, sports, and various other events, which have occurred throughout the academic year.

SPECTRUM
The Spectrum provides the weekly University newspaper.  They are responsible for establishing and maintaining an atmosphere of free and responsible discussion on campus.  The paper is a means for bringing student concerns to the attention of the faculty and in aiding the students in formulating opinions on various issues.

WHRT
91.5 WHRT is open to all students to learn basic radio production skills.  From hosting shows and broadcasting school events, WHRT provides a diverse experience in radio broadcasting.  Watch this video of students talking about the valuable experiences they've gained working at WHRT Student Radio.
