Undergraduate Connecticut residents with financial need enrolled in an independent college or university in Connecticut.

Undergraduates Connecticut residents with financial need who work in community service projects in affiliation with the CICSG program as noted above.

Capitol Scholarship Program
(CSP)

Undergraduate Connecticut students with SAT scores of at least 1800 or rank in top 20 percent of high school class and financial need. Application available at high schools.

Up to $3,000 for private colleges and universities
