LINDA L. STRONG
Linda L. Strong, Ed.D., RN, Assistant Clinical Professor, Sacred Heart University Nursing Program. Linda received an Ed.D. in Nursing Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, an MSN in Community Health Nursing from The Catholic University of America, and a BSN in Nursing from the University of Bridgeport. Dr. Strong's expertise and scholarly interests include Community Health Nursing, Cultural Diversity, Geriatrics, Emergency Preparedness, Faith Based Health and Wellness Programs, Interdisciplinary Theory, Education and Practice. She is the nursing coordinator at  Sacred Heart University – St. Charles Health and Wellness Center, providing outreach care for an underserved, multicultural population on the east side of Bridgeport, CT.

Dr. Strong's impressive and successful career track has included positions as Public Health and School Nurse; Lecturer, University of Massachusetts; Assistant Professor, Montana State University; Co-director and Director Nursing Services Center, Montana State University; Supervisor and In-Service Education Coordinator, Visiting Nurse Services of CT.
