From Admissions and Academics, to Financial Assistance and Student Life . . . no matter what department you work in at any University, you have forms to be completed and processed. With Synthenet's Form Builder Module, you can efficiently create and process your forms online. This means less paper and data entry, giving you more time to work on other important tasks!

The form builder module is successfully being used by many departments on campus for student applications, inquiry forms, surveys, award nominations, order forms, and registration forms. Forms may be created using various field types, such as a checkbox, radio button, price selection, survey question, and text area or field.

Completed forms are submitted directly to an email address(es) you select. An auto-responder as well as a confirmation page can be created with a unique message from you and delivered to the person who submitted the form. The auto-responder is sent to the user as an email message and contains the form results the person entered in the form along with a text message you create. A confirmation page is automatically generated and displayed on your website when the user clicks the "submit" button after completing the form. You can enter your desired text on the confirmation page.

In addition, the form export feature allows you to export your form results as often as you like into an Excel spreadsheet, from any given day to a specific date range. If applicable, the form results may be exported into your departmental database eliminating the daunting task of word processing. The form module also offers an automated survey results feature that reports your survey results in a graphic pie chart with totals and percentages.
