
Dr. Rawlin A. Fairbaugh is an associate professor of management and consultant with over 35 years of experience in the areas of management, leadership, organizational behavior, marketing and finance. During a 30-year career with Pitney-Bowes, Inc. he rose from a financial trainee through property management, sales management, administrative management, and product development to Corporate Treasurer, and Product Service Vice President.
In addition to his business experience, Dr. Fairbaugh has over 25 years of experience teaching college at the graduate and undergraduate levels as an Adjunct Professor of Business and as a full time Associate Professor of Business and Director of the Graduate Business Program. He is the founder of the MBA program in Luxembourg for Sacred Heart University.
He has taught a full range of management classes in graduate and undergraduate programs including Organizational Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Ethics, Leadership, Administrative Policy, Global Management Integration, and entrepreneurial subjects. He has also conducted seminars in these areas and in Finance for various management groups. His consulting experience includes assignments with corporations such as Ingersoll-Rand Corporation, Kodak, Calzone Case Company, GBG Inc., GTE, Ascom Hasler, Better Packages, and MI Windows & Doors.
Dr. Fairbaugh was awarded a BA in Economics and Accounting from Washington and Jefferson College. His graduate degrees include an MBA in finance with honors from New York University and an Ed.D. from the University of Bridgeport. He is also the holder of two copyrights.
