STEPHEN RUBB, PH.D., ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR
Stephen Rubb, Associate Professor of Business Economics, received a BS from the University of Dayton, an MS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Hartford, and a Ph.D. from Northeastern University. His teaching focus includes courses in Managerial Economics and introductory courses in economics at both the graduate and undergraduate level. Dr. Rubb began his teaching career in 1994 and has been at Sacred Heart University since 2003. Previously, he had taught at Northeastern University, Bryant College, Bentley College, and Providence College.

Dr. Rubb has presented several papers and several regional and international conferences. A prolific scholar, Dr. Rubb has published papers in Demography, Applied Economics Letters, Eastern Economics Journal, Economics of Education Review, Economics of Education, and elsewhere. He is a past member or current member of the faculty senate, university academic affairs committee, as well as several departmental and college wide committees.
