Khawaja Mamun, Assistant Professor of Business Economics, earned his Ph.D. and M.A. in Economics from Southern Methodist University. Prior to that he earned his M.S.S. and B.S.S. (Hons.) in Economics from the University of Dhaka in Bangladesh.

Dr. Mamun had taught principles and senior level economics courses at Southern Methodist University as an Adjunct Lecturer and Teaching Fellow for the last two years. He has recently published a paper in Applied Economics Letters and presented papers at several regional and international conferences.
