Lambda NU History
December 2004 - 17 Pioneer band members commit to starting a Kappa Kappa Psi Colony at Sacred Heart University.
January 2005 - The Delta Omicron Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi at The University of Connecticut is assigned as the Colony's advising chapter.
May 21, 2005 - Installation of the Sacred Heart Colony is held at Sacred Heart University where 17 members became the Founding Fathers of the Lambda Nu Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi. Keith Johnston, Director of Bands at Sacred Heart University, was given honorary membership.
April 7, 2006 - Seven members of the Alpha Class joined the Brotherhood on April 7th, 2006. Charles Bennedum, former Assistant Director of Bands at SHU was put through as an Honorary Brother for all of his outstanding service to the Pioneer Band Programs.
March 30, 2007 - Eleven members of the Beta class joined the Brotherhood on March 30th, 2007.
April 12, 2008 - Seven members of the Gamma class joined the Brotherhood on April 12th, 2008.
