Biography: Dr. Sells is Associate Professor of Mathematics. Following her Ph.D. in 1966, she was a mathematics professor at several universities before joining the faculty at
Sacred Heart University in 1976. For many years she taught major and service courses across the entire spectrum of undergraduate mathematics. In recent years, with the increased emphasis on statistics courses that serve other disciplines, her teaching focus has been statistics, with a particular emphasis on computer applications. She is a member of the American Mathematical Society and the Mathematical Association of America.
