EDWARD A. PAPA, PH.D.
Edward A. Papa, Associate Professor of Philosophy, AB, Georgetown University; Ph.D., State University of New York at Stony Brook. Reaching out from his foundation in medieval philosophy, Dr. Papa's scholarly interests are wide-ranging. He has written on Augustine, Aquinas, Kant, Heidegger, and Husserl. Currently, he is engaged in a project that interprets John Rawls in the context of the Western philosophical tradition. His teaching responsibilities include introduction to philosophy, medieval philosophy, metaphysics, ethics, and comparative philosophy. Dr. Papa has been a member of the Philosophy Program at Sacred Heart University since 1986.
