JOHN E. JALBERT, PH.D.
John E. Jalbert, Professor of Philosophy, BA, University of San Francisco; MA, Ph.D., Duquesne University. Dr. Jalbert's research interests focus on 20th century German philosophy, particularly Husserl, Habermas, and Simmel; and philosophical perspectives on both technology and the natural environment. His teaching responsibilities include introduction to philosophy, Continental philosophy, philosophy of technology, and philosophy of nature. Dr. Jalbert has been a member of the Philosophy Program at Sacred Heart University since 1978.
