Janice Kessler, MSSW, LCSW, MAC
Alcohol & Other Drug Intervention and Prevention Specialist
Janice has been working in the field of alcohol and other drug abuse intervention and prevention for over 30 years. She has been at SHU for more than 10 years and coordinates the drug/alcohol prevention program. This includes running the alcohol/drug coalition, as well as seeing students for substance abuse assessments. In addition to her work in substance abuse, Ms. Kessler is a family therapist, interventionist, consultant, and has a private practice in Fairfield, Connecticut. A native New-Yorker, Janice, has lived in CT for over 15 years.
