
The senior week brochure has been sent to the home address of all seniors
eligible to participate in the commencement ceremony in May 2013
If you do not receive the brochure, please stop by the Student Activities Office located in Hawley Lounge (upstairs to the left) to make sure you're on the Eligible List. If you aren't on the list, you will need to speak with Registrar's Office for further information.
Registration Deadline
Registration is due back to the Student Life Office no later than Wednesday, April 17, 2013. No exceptions can be made! (all information regarding registration, cost and details pertaining to Senior Week are explained in the brochure).
Senior Week Eligibility
Students who are eligible and have been approved by the Registrar’s Office to participate in the Commencement Ceremony in May 2013 will be able to attend Senior Week and Commencement Weekend. Please be aware that participation in Senior Week is pending until your prior judicial history has been assessed. The Student Life Department has the right to deny participation in Senior Week activities to any senior based on these findings. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!

Welcome Seniors! ¤ Edgerton Center for Performing Arts ¤ Fairfield, CT ¤ 3pm & 5 pm
For those who purchase the package and/or the package & housing. This brief MANDATORY informational session with the Student Life and Residential Life Departments will give the seniors a chance to come together and prepare for the week ahead. During this session, the behavioral standards at the events and in the Residence Hall will be explained. Following these sessions, registration will begin in Hawley Lounge…students will be able to pick up their senior week packages and any seniors staying in Seton Hall will get their SHU ID coded & be allowed to move into their rooms. If a senior cannot make one of the scheduled times, then he/she must speak with the Director of Student Activities before May 1, 2013. Those who fail to attend one of the meetings will not be able to participate in any of the events. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Seniors will have the opportunity to participate in a Community Service event. This is a great way to give back one last time to a community that has been your home for four years! Seniors will be given more details as the information becomes available. If you are interested, please check it off on the registration form.

It’s Friday night and we feel alright, the party’s here…Commencement Ball will be a night of eating, dancing and fun as we gather one last time as a class to celebrate all that we have accomplished. This event includes a sit down meal, open bar and a DJ. This is sure to be an experience you’ll always remember!

That tonight’s gonna be a good night! Celebrate the night before graduation surrounded by friends and family. With a fine buffet meal, cash bar and two complimentary bottles of wine per table, it’s time for friends to meet family and family to meet friends.
