The digital signage on campus refers to the television monitors displaying events and messages. This includes the monitors located in all hallways, Oakview, Cambridge and the D3 Video Wall Display in the Edgerton Plaza. Due to the large volume of events taking place on campus, all requests must go through the Division of Marketing and Communications.
The signage around campus is meant to promote University events as determined by the Division of Marketing and Communications. This includes event posters, and the scrolling ticker at the bottom of the monitors. Monitors will only be used for streaming large-scale University events.
The D3 video wall display located outside in the Edgerton Center Plaza will be used specifically for promotional display and special programming. There will be no programming events outside on the D3 video wall after October 10, 2013 based on the weather. The Schine Auditorium or the University Commons are recommended for events and viewing content on a larger screen.
