Zach holds a B.A. in History from West Texas A&M University, an M.A. in Russian, East European, & Eurasian Studies, and an M.S. in Library & Information Science from the University of Illinois. He has taught in Florida, Minnesota, Illinois, and Albania, and has enjoyed living in many parts of the United States and a few spots overseas. In addition to his work at the library, Zach enjoys reading comics, historical monographs, and the occasional science fiction novel.

Jeff returned to SHU in 2011 to become Health Sciences Reference Librarian, a position he held for five years.
