Mail & Packages

Outside Delivery

Morning
Route begins at approximately 9:30AM

  • Curtis Hall – pickup and delivery of mail including express mail
  • Pitt Center - pickup and delivery of mail including express mail
  • Administration Building - pickup and delivery of mail including express mail
  • Library - pickup and delivery of mail including express mail
  • Deliver any outgoing mail that was collected to the Mail Center for processing
  • Park Avenue House - pickup and delivery of mail including express mail
  • Roncalli Hall - pickup and delivery of mail including express mail
  • Oakview – pick-up and delivery of mail (including express mail and packages if ready)
  • Cambridge – overnights only
  • Noon - return to mailroom

Outside Delivery

Afternoon
Route begins at approximately 1:30PM

  • Financial Aid - pickup only
  • Cambridge – mail and parcels
  • Oakview – pickup
  • Administration – pickup from President, AVP, and University College
  • 3:15PM – return to Mail Center

Inside Delivery

Morning
Route begins at approximately 9:30AM

Campus Ops, Public Safety, Art Gallery, Theater, Student Accounts, Chemistry, Advisement, Math, Biology, Registrar, Dean Arts & Science, IT, Mentors, Student Activities, Student Union, Service Learning, Telecom, Bookstore, Computer Science, English, Study Abroad, GE Scholars, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Social Work, Chartwells, MBA, Mission & Catholic identity, Music, Campus Ministry

  • 10:30 – 11:30AM Inside Delivery (Packages)
  • Post Office pickup (if not possible, Meter or Incoming Package person will be responsible
  • Lunch
  • Sorting, package deliveries, and any other tasks deemed necessary
