Equipment requests require a minimum of 2 business days (48 hours) notice and are on a first come first serve basis.

Event support requests require a minimum of 1 week notice.

The Audio Visual Department does not offer delivery services. The equipment requester is responsible for the pickup and return from our Checkout Office in HC 115C in the Academic Building.
