Summer 2017 Employee Fitness Classes

Summer Series of CrossFit

The faculty/staff Summer CrossFit program is a strength and conditioning program aimed at combining running, jumping, kettle-bells, weights, biking and rowing to get a full-body workout. Classes are an hour long which include some strenth work as well as metabolic conditioning. The idea is to work with intensity and get the heart rate up in a boot camp-like class. All workouts are scalable for age and ability. We have had great success with the program this year taking folks and tailoring workouts for the least fit to the collegiate athlete.

Classes will run 12 weeks on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5PM to 6PM beginning the week of May 22, 2017 and are limited to 10 spots per class. You can sign up for either one, two or three days per week class, but preference will be given to those that sign up for the three days a week class in order to ensure we cap the numbers at 10 people.

Cost: $60/1x per week, $120/2x per week, $180/3x per week
