Sacred Heart University, in Fairfield, Connecticut, is the second-largest Catholic university in New England. The Department of Business Economics and Finance in the John F. Welch College of Business invites applications for a tenure-track position in economics.  Preference will be given to candidates specializing in managerial economics but candidates with strengths in any of the following areas are welcome to apply:

  • D0 Managerial Economics
  • L0 Industrial Organization
  • D0 Microeconomics
  • F0 International Economics
  • C01 Applied Econometrics

A Ph.D. prior to May 31st, 2014 is required.  Rank and salary will be commensurate with academic achievement, published research and a demonstrated ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses.
