The Office of Residential Life employs students and staff members in the following capacities. Some positions are paid a weekly wage as part of the work study program. Other positions include remuneration in the form of a financial aid stipend.
Office Assistants and Moving Crew are hired between the months of September and October.
All other positions are hired between the months of December and March.

This is a work study position. Positions are available in the Main Residential Life Office in Merton Hall, in addition to some Hall Staff Offices. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to administrative support to the Office of Residential Life.

This is a work study position. Positions are available based out of the Main Residential Life Office in Roncalli Hall. Responsibilities include the moving of furniture and the set-up/break-down of bedroom furniture as requested by the residential students.
Resident Success Assistants

This position is compensated in a semester based financial aid stipend to be used for the partial cost of housing. Available in all residential areas, the Resident Success Assistant lives on the floors with our residential students. Responsible for the overall development of the community, the Resident Success Assistant maintains a welcoming environment conducive to the academic success of the residential students.
Senior Resident Success Assistants
For Current RSA's Only - All positions have been filled for 2013-14 Academic Year. Process will begin again in Early December 2013.
This position is compensated in a semester based financial aid stipend to be used for the partial cost of housing. Senior members of the Residential Life staff must have at least one year of experience as a Resident Success Assistant to be considered if any positions are available. Maintaining the same responsibilities as the Resident Success Assistant, the senior staff members are responsible for aiding newer staff members through the position, and supporting the supervisor of the assigned area when needed.
