'63's Pioneer Food Court | Academic Building

63's offers a wide variety of popular menu options in a comfortable atmosphere. Whether you are into traditional comfort foods like Mom makes or perhaps more interested in a spicy tuna roll freshly made by our sushi chefs, the Pioneer Food court conveniently located in the Main Academic Building is sure to have what you want.

Einstein Brother's | Martire

Located in the Martire Business & Communications Center, we serve hot, iced and frozen coffee. Food items that can be purchased here are freshly baked bagels, egg-citing creations, hand-crafted lunches, sweets, snacks & grab-and-go.

The Peak Creamery & Coffee Shop | Roncalli Hall

The student run business, the Peak, is a gourmet ice cream and coffee shop completely run by students in the Welch College of Business and is located on the first floor of Roncalli Hall. Upon entering the residential hall, the creamery is located to the direct left, adjacent to the gym.

Starbuck's Cafe | Library

Located in the Ryan Matura Library on the main floor, we serve hot and cold Starbucks coffee, upscale muffins and pastries, on-the-go salads and sandwiches, fresh parfaits, sushi and bottles beverages.

Outtakes | Academic Building

Outtakes is located in the Main Academic Building (right next to 63's) and contains a large selection of snacks, beverages, candy, microwaveable foods, ice cream, grocery items, sandwiches, salads, whole meal replacements, homemade soups and Starbucks coffee.

Red's | Student Commons

Managed by the Student Union Office, Red’s is the pub on campus. Open for students and staff of the ages 21 or older, it is located in the Linda E. McMahon Commons. Open 5 days a week, and special weekends, serving both beer and wine as well as food service. Red’s is to here to provide University community members of legal drinking age with a place to congregate with friends, faculty and staff after classes. Red’s atmosphere fosters social interactions among all university stakeholders in an environment of learning outside of the class room.

Linda's | Student Commons

Located in the McMahon Student Commons, this dining hall offers several different dining concepts that are all cook to order. Featured stations include Wicked Spoon, Crisp (salad station), 2mato (italian station), Innovation Kitchen, The One Sushi (sushi station), Naked Pear (smoothie station), Mondo Subs (sandwich station), and BYOB (build your own burger). Also offered here are fresh parfaits, on-the-go foods, bottled beverages, coffee and frozen yogurt.

Balanced Kitchen | Center for Healthcare Education

Balanced Kitchen, an innovative and state-of-the-art open kitchen in the Center for Healthcare Education, promotes a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Balanced Kitchen creates awareness for customers through better food choices, education, information, technology and incentives.

JP's Diner

JP's Diner is a '50s-style diner and the first on-campus diner in all of New England. Named for SHU President John J. Petillo, JP’s is located on SHU's newly-constructed Upper Quad, between the William H. Pitt Center and Pioneer Park. The ’50s- and ’60s-themed diner offers a variety of food options for students in a fun, unique setting. JP’s serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu contains about 25 to 30 classic diner items including burgers, patty melts and club sandwiches. Dessert options includes delicious pies, ice cream, cheesecake and, of course, milkshakes, a diner staple. JP's uses dining dollars, offers a take-out menu and stays open until 3 a.m. on weekends.
