Tuesday, March 18, 2014 & Tuesday, March 25, 2014
This spring, the Office of Volunteer Programs and Service Learning at Sacred Heart will be hosting two events for admitted students interested in learning more about our various programs and activities, our ongoing effort to give back to the community, and how to get involved. Both events will offer students the chance to enjoy lunch with current Volunteer Program Student Leaders who participated in our Community Connections program, participate in a Read Along program at a local elementary school, and get an overview of the different types of volunteer and service learning opportunities that are available here at SHU.
Check-in for the event begins at 12:00PM and additional event details will be sent to participating students in the weeks leading up to the event. For questions or further information, please feel free to contact Megan Houlihan-Aceto, Associate Director of Volunteer Programs and Service Learning at email@example.com or 203-396-8398 or Ed Nassr, Assistant Director of Admissions at firstname.lastname@example.org or 203-365-7588.
Please note that these events are only for high school seniors and transfer students who have been admitted to Sacred Heart University for the fall 2014 semester.
Registration is now full for the March 18th event. Spaces are still available for March 25th.
