SHU Global Campuses & Faculty-led Programs 

Withdrawal Date: Any time after OSA enrollment is confirmed, prior to the program start date*

Student Financial Responsibility: Confirmation or study abroad fee  + non-recoverable expenses

Withdrawal Date: Any time after SHU enrollment is confirmed, prior to the program start date*

Student Financial Responsibility: Confirmation or study abroad fee  + Registration fee ($95) + non-recoverable expenses

Withdrawal Date: On or After Program Start Date*

Student Financial Responsibility: Study Abroad/Confirmation fees + Registration fee ($95) + non-recoverable university and program expenses**

* The first day of the in-country orientation will be considered the Program Start Date.

** The university policies regarding tuition and fees for dropping a course will apply to your study abroad courses.

*** SHU reserves the right to drop you from a program if you fail to attend the general and/or site specific orientations.

Affiliated Programs

Student Financial Responsibility: Study Abroad fee ($250 or otherwise noted) + Registration fee ($95) + non-recoverable university and program expenses**

SHU Global Campuses and Affiliate Programs 

Withdrawal Date: Any time after enrollment is confirmed, prior to the program start date*

Student Financial Responsibility:Study Abroad fee, Part I ($350)

Withdrawal Date: Any time after SHU enrollment is confirmed, prior to the program start date*

Student Financial Responsibility:Total Study Abroad fee ($700) + Registration fee ($95) + non-recoverable university and program expenses**

Withdrawal Date: On or After Program Start Date*

Student Financial Responsibility: Total Study Abroad fee ($700) + Registration fee ($95) + non-recoverable university and program expenses**; The full program fee is non-refundable once you depart and begin your program. Students who indicate on their Financial Aid Authorization form that they will make program payments using financial aid and subsequently withdraw from the program are held accountable for all non-recoverable costs.

Student Financial Responsibility:Total Study Abroad fee ($700) + Registration fee ($95) + non-recoverable university and program expenses**

Withdrawal Date: On or After Program Start Date*

Student Financial Responsibility: Total Study Abroad fee ($700) + Registration fee ($95) + non-recoverable university and program expenses + consult Program Provider for their policies regarding student withdrawals and program cancellations**; The full program fee is non-refundable once you depart and begin your program.
