Assistant Director of global Affairs
Francesca is the Assistant Director of Global Affairs at Sacred Heart University. She is responsible for advising students on all SHU study abroad programs, including direct-enrollment, faculty-led, and Sacred Heart’s two global campuses in Dingle, Ireland, and Luxembourg City, Luxembourg. A member of the Advisory Council for Study Abroad, she assists in the review of faculty-led program proposals. She also coordinates the release of new programs, is responsible for student outreach, and manages the Global Ambassadors program. Prior to working at Sacred Heart, she spent a year in Seville, Spain as an ESL and culture teacher in a primary school.
Francesca holds a B.A. in Spanish and English from Loyola University in Maryland and is currently pursuing a Master's in Communications from SHU.
