Sean Heffron is an academic and student affairs professional with fourteen years of experience working with college students. He spent the early part of his career focusing on the freshman transition to college, a topic on which he has published. After a year at consulting firm APT Inc., Sean began working at Sacred Heart University in 2007. In addition to his full-time role as Director of the Student Experience in the John F. Welch College of Business, Sean is an adjunct professor whose courses have included Effective Speaking, Nonverbal Communication, Communication Theory, and Business Communications. He is also a coach on the Sacred Heart University Club Baseball team.

Douglas Ouimette is a student affairs professional with five years of experience working with college students, 2 years in sponsorship and exhibit sales, and 11 years as a Subway Franchisee. He spent the early part of his career in housing and residence life before transitioning into the field of sponsorship and exhibit sales. After spending a couple years as a sales executive for a publishing and events company, Douglas transitioned back into student affairs at Sacred Heart University in 2013. He is now within a full-time role as the Assistant Director of the Student Experience in the John F. Welch College of Business.
