Internships are a key element in a student’s developmental and learning experience. The Welch Experience is proud to say that we are requiring internships for all Welch College of Business students. In this fast-paced, diverse economy, employers are looking for new hires with on-the-job familiarity.

In order to assist you in the internship process we have outlined a detailed set of guidelines. Please use the guidelines so we can ensure you get credit for your internship. In addition, internships count toward the building of your Welch List.

In the past, students have interned at companies such as American Express, ESPN, Sikorsky Aircraft, IBM Corporation, JP MorganChase, KPMG and many others. Several successful Sacred Heart Alumni participated in internships, which led to full-time jobs.
