Sacred Heart University now has available to students the opportunity to create an e-Portfolio. An e-Portfolio is an electronic personalized space where students can broadcast their professional self on the web. E-Portfolios allow students to show a collection of their work to faculty and employers. This is a value-added piece accessible to students that will set them apart from peers at different colleges competing for the same job.

What is an e-Portfolio and how will it benefit me?
The e-Portfolio is set up with different sections that allow employers to get a better understanding of you. These sections consist of a Biography, Resume, Internships, Transcript, References, Special Projects and Welch Experience. When you share your e-Portfolio with faculty and employers this information will be available at their finger tips. Rather than just‎ handing employers a resume the e-Portfolio gives them an interactive tool to learn about you. This program gives you a competitive edge over other potential job candidates. This application gives you the opportunity to illustrate your accomplishments over the years and really express yourself as an individual.
