The Master of Business Administration (MBA) prepares students for successful careers in a complex business world by developing strong, tangible leadership qualities that organizations rely on. As a result, students learn to think and act as natural leaders rather than solely functional experts. Personal career planning, project management, teamwork, critical thinking and top-notch presentation skills are also essential elements of the program. Graduates emerge with a keen global awareness, confident in their ability to motivate and inspire others, drive innovation and achieve excellence in an ethically responsible way.
The MBA places a strong emphasis on the application of business theory to the realities of the business world. Its integrated core curriculum is taught in a “business process” approach to develop cross-functional skills that bridge strategy, finance, management, operations, accounting and marketing.
The MBA program is offered at our main campus in Fairfield and our Stamford Graduate Center in Landmark Square.
