Raymond Zukowski, Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, is responsible for bringing outstanding customer service to his clients and aggressive growth and efficiencies to the company. He is also focused on evaluating and creating a service strategy that will redefine the future of NEW’s customer experience. Mr. Zukowski has been with the company as a Senior Vice President since October 2001.
Mr. Zukowski brings over thirty years of customer service and call center management experience to NEW. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer for iSKY, a leading customer loyalty management company. Prior to iSKY, Mr. Zukowski held several positions at APAC, a publicly traded, teleservices outsourcing company, with his most recent position as Senior Vice President of Customer Solutions and Process Development. Mr. Zukowski has also served as Vice President, Customer Service and Operations for Montgomery Ward and held several management positions during his ten-year tenure with GE.
Mr. Zukowski is currently sitting his second term on the board for The Living Legacy Foundation; he is also on the advisory board of Hybir Technologies and is the Founder and Chairman of the Zukowski Family Foundation established in 2008.
A graduate of the GE Executive Management School, Mr. Zukowski holds a Masters of Business Administration and a B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing.
