Sean Heffron | Director of the Student Experience
Sean Heffron is an academic and student affairs professional with fourteen years of experience working with college students. He spent the early part of his career focusing on the freshman transition to college, a topic on which he has published. After a year at consulting firm APT Inc., Sean began working at Sacred Heart University in 2007. In addition to his full-time role as Director of the Student Experience in the Jack Welch College of Business, Sean is an adjunct professor whose courses have included Effective Speaking, Nonverbal Communication, Communication Theory, and Business Communications. He is also a coach on the Sacred Heart University Club Baseball team.

Amanda Sialiano | Graduate Assistant of the Student Experience
Amanda Sialiano is a current graduate student at Sacred Heart University, in the Masters of Communication Program (MACOMM) concentrating in Multimedia Journalism. Amanda is responsible for creating all multimedia content for "The Welch Experience." Every week, Amanda films, produces and edits the Jack Welch College of Business "Welch Announcements" that provide students, faculty and parents information about upcoming corporate visits, professional connections on campus, excel certification exams, and other upcoming events. Amanda graduated Summa Cum Laude, receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Media Studies in May of 2015 from Sacred Heart University.
