Beginning fall 2014, students are now able to complete the Welch MBA program at the Stamford Graduate Center. By following the series of courses outlined below, part-time students can complete the program in two years, taking courses at the Stamford Campus and several courses online. Students who do not wish to take courses online can take classes at the Fairfield Campus. Students who are not waived from WGB 520 (Introduction to Economics and Statistics) and WGB 521 (Fundamentals of Management) will have to take those classes online or at the Fairfield campus.
The MBA encompasses a rigorous study of entrepreneurship, financial management, leadership and change management. Beyond required courses, students may pursue one of four concentrations in greater depth — accounting, finance, management or marketing — based on their interests and career goals.
Concentrations are available in Finance, Marketing, and Management.
