Pedro Caceres is an American business executive born in Spain in 1963. Pedro holds a 6 years-Degree in Mechanical Engineering from thePolitechnical University of Valencia in Spain, a Certificate of Internet Specialist from the Stratford Career Institute in Washington, DC, an executive MBA from the Kennedy-Western University and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Warren National University.
Currently he is President & CEO, United States Distilled Products & Subsidiaries, Princeton, MN. He has worked in executive positions in the US and in Europe in the IT industry (PriceWaterhouseCoopers), consumer good products (Toys & Games - Hasbro) and industrial sectors (Automotive – Faurecia, and Tools- LENOX, Newell Rubbermaid). He has served as Senior Vice president of Operations for Hasbro Games and as Global Vice president of Operations and Supply Chain for Lenox, a Newell Rubbermaid company. Currently, he is the Chief Operating Officer for Horizon Group USA in Warren, New Jersey.
Pedro has developed and implemented a value based integrated strategy for Business Management that drives substantial competitiveness improvement. His vision and methods have been positively tested in very competitive global environments with great results.
He is also a frequent speaker at the MBA program at Boston University School of Business and is the published author of “The Thundering Voice” a book that introduces a moral approach to Corporate Social Responsibility.
Pedro is also involved in community activities and has been Chairman of the Board of Advisors of the Division of Business Excellence (Affiliated Chambers of Commerce of Greater Springfield), member of the Advisory Board for the National Ergonomic Conference and Exposition (NECE) and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Western Massachusetts.
His social efforts are now channeled through “The Thundering Voice Foundation” created with the mission to develop spirituality in the business world to drive social justice and sustainable integral human development.
