The author refers to evidence-based practices and strategies that lead to improved outcomes for teaching and learning.

The submission adheres to the directions and the writing prompts are followed. The writing sample consists of examples and content that demonstrates promise to the profession with respect to dispositional qualities. The applicant does not demonstrate in writing appropriate dispositional qualities necessary for the special education program. The responses are not connected to form a coherent flow of ideas and reflection in responding to the writing prompts.
