The Sacred Heart University Educators’ Alumni Association has just wrapped up its first year. The goal of the association is to build networking relationships among alumni of the Farrington College of Education. On May 12, 2016 the group presented the second annual awards for Outstanding Educator and Outstanding Administrator at a reception on the Oakview campus. Recipients of the awards were Tracey King, Outstanding Educator and Keith Chapman, Outstanding Administrator. Tracey is a fourth grade teacher at Ox Ridge Elementary School in Darien.  Keith Chapman is principal at James Morris School in Morris, CT.

In addition to these recognitions, Ed Drapp was elected as the next President of the association.
