Lisa S. Stump, MS, RPh, FASHP
Lisa Stump began her career at Grant Medical Center, Ohio Health in Columbus Ohio as a manager of Clinical Pharmacy Services. Lisa joined the Yale- New Haven Health System in 1996 where she held various leadership positions in Pharmacy Services at Yale - New Haven Hospital before becoming Director of Pharmacy Services in 2004. Lisa held leadership positions in state and national Pharmacy associations and was the recipient of numerous awards for quality and leadership in pharmacy practice. In 2008, Lisa expanded her career into healthcare information technology when she was promoted to the position of Administrative Director, Clinical Informatics. In this role, she was responsible for the design and management of electronic clinical documentation implementation at YNHH. In 2010, she was named the Vice President for Epic implementation for YNHHS and Yale School of Medicine with responsibility for implementing a single Electronic Medical Record and Revenue Cycle application suite across the Yale New Haven Health System (YNHHS) Hospitals, YNHHS Ambulatory sites, North East Medical Group physician practices, the faculty practices of The Yale Medical Group, Yale Health (the health service for Yale University faculty, staff, and students), and community practice affiliates. In 2013, Lisa was appointed the Associate Chief Information Officer for Yale New Haven Health System where she leads the 250-member Applications and Integrations teams. Lisa has been the recipient of the CHIME CIO Bootcamp Women’s Scholarship and in 2013 was named the HIMSS New England chapter Speaker of the Year. She holds a BSPharm degree from the Univ. of Connecticut and an MS degree from The Ohio State University.
