From biblical precedent, to encyclicals, to the traditions that sprung from them such as the acts of mercy, Catholicism has been strongly rooted in a demand for social justice. The task that Catholics have been charged with, as followers of Christ, is finding away to cultivate justice in an unjust world. Through a combination of fiction and non-fiction writings, we look at both national and international justice issues in contemporary society.
