The Society for Philosophy and Media (SPAM) is a discussion group sponsored by both the Department of Philosophy, Theology and Religious Studies and the Department of Communication and Media Studies. SPAM members gather together two to three times a semester to screen a popular movie and then discuss the philosophical themes or questions raised by the film.
