4 Heart Harmony

4 Heart HarmonyThis is the University's smaller chamber choir. It is designed for those with background and experience in singing choral music of a high caliber. It is especially for those who like a small ensemble experience, featuring fun rhythms and tight harmonies. The repertoire includes a cappella, jazz, popular, show tunes, multicultural and classical choral repertoire.

4 Heart Harmony has traveled to perform in churches and concert halls in New York City, Boston, Newport and Philadelphia, in addition to throughout Connecticut. Annual concerts include participating in the Bridgeport American Guild of Organists “PipeScreams” Halloween concert, “Sing Out!” (A Concert Against Bullying), the annual “SHU GospelFest,” “Founders Day” and their own “Blues In The Night” evening of jazz and R&B favorites. They also bring their choral expertise to the “Christmas Extravaganza,” “Lessons & Carols” and the spring “Pops” concerts.

Members are experienced choral singers and the ensemble is open by interview and vocal audition. 4 Heart Harmony is open by audition only.
