Jeffrey H. Glans, Ph.D.
Lecturer
Area of Specialization
Organic and macromolecular chemistry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.
Description of Research Interest
My research reflects my background in industrial research and development in engineering polymers. This includes monomer and polymer synthesis, polymer modification/copolymerization by reactive extrusion, synthesis and characterization of model systems for polymers, and application of dynamic NMR to amide conformation problems.

Ph.D. The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI (1986)
Post doctoral training; The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI (1987)
Teaching Responsibilities
Organic Chemistry, polymer chemistry, theory and practice of NMR spectroscopy.
