Nintendo Strategic Analysis

 Nintendo is a leader in the video game industry, and has been strong since its entrance in the 1970s. In this presentation I will show Nintendo's business strategy and how it has performed in recent years, both positively and negatively. I will utilize Porter's Five forces model and SWOT analyses, while observing the blue ocean strategy implemented by their late president and CEO Satoru Iwata. I will also present an opportunity for development and growth in the form of Virtual Reality (VR) technology.
