SHU to Host Dedication for Physician Assistant Program at Stamford Hospital’s Tandet Center

Sacred Heart University’s College of Health Professions will host a dedication ceremony for the physician assistant (PA) studies program at Stamford Hospital’s Tandet Center on Thursday, October 6, at 1 p.m.

This year Sacred Heart University began its physician assistant program at Stamford Hospital’s Tandet Center with a cohort of 28 students. SHU renovated the entire second floor of the Tandet Center (13,000 square feet) to house the PA program. The space includes state-of-the-art labs, classrooms and a patient assessment suite. The PA program is working closely with Stamford Hospital and will have many of its key clinical rotation sites there.

The Tandet Center is located at 146 W. Broad St., Stamford, CT. This event is free and open to the public.
