U.S. News & World Report: SHU Again Among the ‘Best Colleges in the North’

In its 2016 edition of America’s Best Colleges, U.S. News Media Group has placed Sacred Heart University among the top colleges and universities in the North. U.S. News also commended SHU’s online programs and programs for veterans. The rankings include nearly 1,400 schools nationwide.

Sacred Heart University enrolls nearly 8,000 students in dozens of degree programs ranging from the associate’s level to the doctorate. This year’s incoming class of 2019 was the second-largest freshman class in University history and matched the highest-ever average high school GPA. Sacred Heart University is also one of the nation’s best institutions for undergraduate education, according to The Princeton Review, which features SHU in the 2015 edition of its annual college guide, The Best 379 Colleges.
