SHU to Host Day of Percussion

SHU's Percussion Ensemble

News Story: March 19, 2013

On Saturday, March 30, Sacred Heart University will host the Percussive Arts Society’s (Connecticut chapter) Annual Day of Percussion.  Day of Percussion is an event where percussionists in Connecticut share their talents, see others perform and learn from industry professionals in an intimate setting. Several Connecticut universities will perform, including the University of Connecticut, Eastern and Western Connecticut State Universities, as well as our own Percussion Ensemble.  Musicians from local percussion studios, middle and high schools will also perform.  Come out and support local musicians at this great event. The event will take place in University Commons in the main academic building.
